- Possess over 33 years of experience in the field of groundwater development and management as a groundwater specialist.
- Has undertaken extensive field investigations for groundwater development and management especially in the arid and semi-arid regions of the country.
- During the last two-decade worked as a groundwater specialist, has developed various projects on rainwater harvesting and artificial recharge to groundwater.
- Has taken the extensive initiative in making rainwater harvesting a mass movement and has coordinated with various NGO’s/VO’s and other concerned departments for implementation of recharge projects at different hydrogeological environments.
- Taken active initiatives with various corporate for effective implementation of rainwater harvesting as a part of their corporate social responsibility.
- Interacted extensively with CII, FICCI, Rotary International, Army, and other institutions for successful implementation of recharge projects at grass root levels.
- Under IEC activities of MOWR, developed out of box module for generating awareness on water conservation and protection in the tribal areas of Chhattisgarh State.
- During the last, five years worked at Central Ground Water Authority, New Delhi, and looked after the ground water regulation and management along with evaluation of project proposals industries, infrastructure, mining in the country.
